STEP 6 - SPIDERS

broken image

Are spiders in spaces where you don’t want them? Take a deep breath! Before you invest in free-range chickens or light your house on fire, consider the following Essential Oils to deter spiders:

  • Peppermint
  • Eucalyptus
  • Spearmint

Do you see what I see? Like ants, spiders ALSO do not like Peppermint or Spearmint Essential Oils, so you could make the recipe from the previous Step for spiders, too!

Did you know that most spiders and insects taste with their feet? If you spray a circle of Peppermint Essential Oil around a spider, it will not cross over or walk through the oil. Using a spray on entryways, doors, windows, cracks, and small spaces is an easy way to keep them out!

But what if you forgot to employ Essential Oils proactively, and now you are faced with the aftermath of a physical spider attack? First, it is important to seek medical attention immediately – especially after encountering spiders that carry poisonous venom in their bite.

But you can also help support your body’s defense while getting to medial help. Layer Frankincense (to support damaged cell regeneration), the Cleansing Blend (to help purify the area as an antimicrobial agent), Protective Blend (to fight against germs and sanitize the area), and Lavender (as nature’s antihistamine to calm the body’s response). Apply every few minutes until the discomfort begins to reside. Continue this for the following week to support your body’s return to wellness.

QUESTION – HAVE YOU LET GO OF YOUR DESIRE TO BURN DOWN THE HOUSE?
